How many guests can stay?
Up to 6 guests, in 3 bedrooms with 3 bath/shower rooms, across 210 m² on two floors.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes — a private, heated pool on its own sun terrace, for your exclusive use.
Is there air-conditioning and heating?
Yes. Air-conditioning throughout and underfloor heating from a heat pump; the Class-A build stays cool in summer and cosy in the shoulder seasons.
What is the Wi-Fi like — can we work from the villa?
Fibre broadband with Starlink as backup, plus a dedicated workspace, gym and cinema room — an excellent base for a workation or small-team retreat.
How do we get there, and how far is the airport?
About an hour from Nice Côte d'Azur airport and around 20 minutes from the A8. A car is recommended; the village of Seillans is a short walk away.

What are the check-in/out times and arrival days?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. In high and peak season stays run Sunday to Sunday (minimum one week); shorter or other-day stays are possible outside high season on request.
What's included, and what are the extra costs?
The rate includes exclusive use of the villa, heated pool and grounds, utilities and Wi-Fi, and pool & garden maintenance. On top: final cleaning €250, tourist tax €2.16 per adult (18+) per night, and a refundable €750 security deposit. A 30% deposit secures your week; the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Are pets allowed?
In principle not, but it may be possible by arrangement — please mention it when you enquire and we'll see what we can do.
